Can you tell us a bit about your store and it’s philosophy?

Sunshine Trader is a collection of all my favourite brands. There are so many talented creative’s in the Northern Rivers and Australia as a whole and I just love discovering them and filling the shelves with their amazing products.

What’s the best part of your working day?

When new and exciting brands are delivered – I love opening packages, it’s like Christmas!

What were you doing before you opened Sunshine Trader?

Operations Manger at Harvest Café, Newrybar.

If you could turn back time, is there anything you would do differently?

No, I think it’s all a learning process.

Brunswick Heads is a beautiful place, what’s your favourite thing about the town and it’s surrounds?

The Bruns River - it’s stunning at high tide and I love water activities, swimming, bridge jumping, fishing, snorkelling and paddle boarding.

Where do you eat when you've got an hour to spare that is walking distance?

Homegrown and Milkbar for breaky and lunch and Fleet for a cheeky cocktail at the end of the day seeing as they are just next door.

What’s inspiring you at the moment?

I spend a lot of time getting lost on instagram going from one creative to the next.

Do you have a favourite Love Mae product?

The bamboo dinner wear makes an amazing gift for kids, I’m a massive fan!
